Before joining Chariot Motors, Milen occupied management posts at companies in sectors across renewable energy, carbon emissions trading, green investments, and environmental protection.

Mr Ilko Ivanov
Ilko has 25 years’ technical experience in transportation and the automotive industry.
He graduated the Sofia Technical University in Internal Combustion Engines.
Before Chariot Motors, he held technical positions as a highly skilled expert at Volvo Trucks, Iveco, Toyota, and Lexus hybrid cars.
Business Development Department
Mr Ivan Shterev
Ivan runs project management, control, and process implementation.
His remit includes overall corporate organization, business performance, and development.
His main goal is establishing and maintaining productive client relationships.
Aftersales and Technical support Department
Mr Ivaylo Vasilev
Our aftersales team manages, supports, and handles the entire warranty process.
Its main remit is spares delivery, logistics, and sales. It also provides technical and training support.
The main goal is customer satisfaction, building strong relationships with customers and partners.
Procurement Department
Ms Gergana Damyanova
The procurement team handles Chariot Motors’ tendering and information submission.
The main business includes monitoring formal European tendering platforms and submitting tenders.
The procurement team plays an ancillary role in aiding the Technical and Business development teams in successfully completing awarded tendering procedures.
