Israeli/Bulgarian e-bus maker Chariot Motors is set to make its first sales in Belgrade. The company is targeting Central and Eastern European markets, said its chief executive. Milen Milev told SeeNews Chariot Motors expected over 100 electric buses sales this year. “We signed our first contract earlier this year. Before, we focused on research and development, not sales,” said he.
In January, the Dnevnik daily reported that Serbia’s capital Belgrade had bought five electric buses from Chariot Motors. Alongside central and eastern Europe, Chariot Motors has West European market hopes for 2017.
